This Sidama Guji is a natural coffee, grown at between 1700m – 1900m altitude. A sweet and juicy Ethiopian coffee that has plentiful of berries, rounded with acidity and good body. We VIBE love this brewed in a batch brew or V60, but it is still lovely as a light espresso or even long black as well.

We were one of the luckiest roasters to have from the birthplace of the beloved bean from Sidama Coffee Farmers’ Cooperative Union in Sidama region of south Ethiopia to here in New Zealand help of good hand by trade aid.
