Subscription Cancellation Policy
When you purchase a subscription product from Vibe Coffee Roasters, you agree to recurring deliveries at the selected frequency.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Logging into your customer account on our website, or

Contacting us at hello@vibecoffee.co.nz
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled charge.
If cancellation is requested after a payment has been processed, the current order will still be fulfilled and shipped.
There are no cancellation fees.
Discounted subscription pricing applies only while the subscription remains active.
We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions due to failed payments or suspected misuse.
