We currently ship within New Zealand only.

2. Processing Time

All orders are freshly roasted and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within New Zealand:

  • North Island: 1–3 business days

  • South Island: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping may apply for orders over a specified amount (if applicable).

5. Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are processed automatically according to the selected frequency.
Shipping timelines remain the same as standard orders.

6. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
