Shipping & Returns
Coffee Subscriptions are dispatched, freshly roasted, every week on Tuesdays.
All New Zealand orders are sent out on a signature required courier service, unless requested otherwise.
Orders placed by 12pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, will be sent out the following business day. If you place your order after 12pm on a Friday, you can expect it to be packed on the following Monday (or next business day). We don’t dispatch orders on weekends. Public holiday delay our couriers.
Our courier service strives for delivery overnight delivery within North Island or 2 days for the South Island.
International delivery is available to most countries worldwide. For international orders, please calculate shipping costs at checkout.
If you have not received your package in a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we can track your Courier Post package and provide you with the number for future reference.
At Vibe, quality is of utmost importance to us. For this reason, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch.

We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Goods with manufacturing faults.
- Goods supplied incorrectly.
- Goods that vary from their description on the VIBE Coffee Roasters website.
